Data Storage & Binary Numbers
The topic that we studied and learned about was about Binary Code. Binary code is a coding system using the binary digits 0 and 1 to represent a letter, digit or other characters. In it, we have a base 10 number system, zero to nine. Every character we store from out keyboard is stored as a byte of data. A byte equals 8 bits, and they are stored as an electrical charges. They are all stored as a sequence of electrical charges.

Artificial Intelligence
Last week we learned about Artificial Intelligence, Human Intelligence and Alan Turing. It was good to learn about Turing to learn about the fact that he created a test called Turing Test for whether a computer can respond like a human being. Its good to know that Artificial Intelligence is getting more advanced but at the same time scarier because one day Artificial intelligence will have a mind of its own and learn to adapt.

Impact of computer mediated communication
What we learned about Computer Mediated Communication is that it could have a great impact on one's future. It could be either positive or negative. Positive effects is that its convenient. The communication is a lot easier and faster. Negative effects are that if you post something unethical it could effect you long-term and even your job. You could even get sued, even if you didn't know it was illegal. A way to void these is by "pausing before you post". Even better is that don't post at all.

Purchasing A Computer
In this Computer Purchase Project with my partnerWhen it comes to buying a computer. Whether its custom built, or pre-built. You should always have knowledge on what you are buying. Now it might seem a part of the computer say, this GPU seems powerful. Sometimes looks can be deceiving. Remember to always look for specs, reviews like does it have problems? How long does it last? Can I get insurance if it breaks? Always be careful, you might end up wasting money. Also watching the video called "Story of Stuff", be sure to recycle your computer correctly when the time comes.

The Robotic Tanks Kills Mosquitoes
I read this article about this robotic tank that kills mosquitoes. The reason I picked this article, is because that mosquitoes has been a big problem to the human society. They cause harmful diseases and could kill us. I think this would benefit us greatly, as it would eliminate mosquitoes. Although it might affect the ecosystem.
